Many valuable work artifacts already exist in files, repositories, folders or shares. They are technically available, but often hard to find, navigate and reuse from a business perspective.

OrivelaIQ explores how these artifacts can become more visible and usable through an index-based workspace layer.

Workspaces for different user groups

OrivelaIQ organizes artifacts into workspaces. Users can be assigned to the workspaces that are relevant for their context.

This makes it possible to provide different scopes of information — for personal workspaces, teams, project contexts or selected stakeholder views.

The focus remains on curated visibility: content is not captured again, but made structurally accessible in the right workspace.

Over time, OrivelaIQ may evolve into an extensible workspace layer for structured work artifacts — with additional file types, source adapters, permissions, SSO, governance capabilities and later targeted AI actions on files and workspaces.

Core positioning

OrivelaIQ is not another place where knowledge has to be captured again.

It is a visibility layer that indexes existing file-based work artifacts from different sources, makes them structurally accessible and turns them into focused workspaces.
